This year flu vaccinations across Lanarkshire will be delivered in partnership with NHS Lanarkshire
You may or may not see any change to how you receive your vaccine. The main changes are:
Eligible patients aged 65 to 74 should contact their GP practice to make an appointment to receive their vaccination from NHS Lanarkshire staff, either at a clinic in the practice or at Central Health Centre in Cumbernauld.
Pregnant women will be offered their vaccination through their NHS Lanarkshire Community Midwife Team.
Children aged two to five (not in school) will receive their vaccination from NHS Lanarkshire staff. Parents will receive a letter with details on how to book an appointment.
Housebound patients will receive their flu vaccination through NHS Lanarkshire District Nursing Teams.
